Certain Players !

I'm in january with Southampton - 2nd in the league. I'm looking for certain players!
Any positions !

My playing style is knocking the ball around so I want players with high work rate & team work attributes and at-least 13/14 attribute for passing.

Any suggestions ?, if yes please post. Thanks

P.S I'm going to sign Jay Spearing from Liverpool, so he's not and idea
