chairman and board members help

I have made a new team so far with chairman,staff and board members. the board members are directors. The problem is the chairman and both board members have a contract and wage.

How do I get rid of this?

So far while trying to find the answer I have changed the following
contract start and end date left blank
wage 0
goal bonus 1
all job preferences 0

just put there wage as £1 lol.. simple way to sort it out, if it doesn't work, then not too sure.
