Chairman Problem and another question

Hello,

Since today i've made a new team with the data editor,
but whenever i change the chairman in the editor, in game it generates a custom one, could somebody please help me?

And is there a way to lower the amount of teams in a competition? for example the blue square bet premier with 25 teams..

For your second question, you need to add/remove a club from the league in the database, then 'Add Nation Rules'

What are you trying to do? Make the BSP a 25-team competition?

No, it is already a 24 teams competition(made a mistake with writing this thread) but i want to lower the amount of teams in a competition for example the BSP, because a competition with +20 teams takes very long.
