Chairman "Willing to Listen to Offers"

I'm in my sixth season with Tottenham and am currently 60million in the green coming up to December. However, my club chairmen is willing to listen to offers. Why is this? After us doing so well financially why would he want to sell?

Could it be because of our Estimated Value at 361 Million and sees it as a good time to sell? We are only in 75 Million debt because of him taking out a loan to build a stadium.

Perhaps hes had enough, if your lucky you might get a new chairman with some serious money
