do you mean were you set a challenge for yourself. ie; only buy english players, start unemployed or stick to a certain budget.

its not actually a thing you choose to do on the game its someting you set yourself in your head to do whilst playing the game.

is that what you mean?

i think he means an online game where you use the team from your game and play it against another persons team from their game. the answer being... you cant.
