Champions Cup Problem!

So i'm in the first season for Man City and i have to register my players for the Champions Cup, my only problem being the fact i need 4 players under 21 that have trained at Man City for 3 years and 8 players under 21 that have played in England for 3 years. I haven't sold any players at all since being at City but i don't have the right amount of players, i cannot carry on with my game or anything, what should i do?

Register some U18's or something?
