How do you increase the number of CL/EL slots nations have in the editor?

I basically lumped together all the leagues, cities and divisions of Wales, England, Scotland, N. Ireland and Ireland and though that if I have 5 nations as one it should have more CL/EL spots at the top tier.

what ever nation it is in or if you made a new nation for the league what ever you need to make the Euro coefficient higher depending on how many places you want it to have

But isn't there a maximum number of slots no matter what the coefficient is?

There is a max number of slots of 4 UEFACL and 3 UEFAEL slots. To get this maximum just set all coefficients to highest possible.
