champions playoff

i am working on editor, i'm trying to make a sub-division with 4 division in it involving 12 teams each, in each division 2 teams are going to be promoted thus 8 teams, but i can make a championship playoff cause it's telling me the number of teams must be 0 when playing a champions playoff, anyone has any help?

how many teams are being promoted without the play-off??

4 sub divisions with 2 promoted in each sub division, thus making them 8, but i want the first from every sub division to play a champions playoff
