I'm currently managing Fulham in my 8th season with them. I have been very sucessful before this season (won the premiership, champions' league, league cup and FA cup runner up last season) but have taken a complete nose dive this season. We're currently in 16th with only 11 games left so i'd say even a top 10 finish is out of the question. Still in the champions' league with a decent chance of getting to the 1/4 finals.
Just wondering, what could cause such a massive change in form? Obviously teams go through bad patches, but this is crazy! I even signed some very big players over the summer. I have been playing similar tactics for a long time (4-4-2 with attacking wingers/playmakers) but even changing to 4-5-1 or 4-1-3-2 hasn't really worked.
Any ideas on what I can do to get the team back on form? I'm mostly trying to build for next season at this stage...
