Championship - Premiership step up?

After ten years of hard work I have finally got Wrexham to the promised land...no cheating either!

I'm just after some tips, how much do I need to change the squad/tactics to survive in the prem?
I have been playing fluid/control 442 football and finished with 100 points scoring 101 goals and conceeding 44, both the best stats in the league so I havn't scraped through via the luck of the play-offs.

change from a 442 because in my experience 442 doesnt work try a 433 wide play im adding a screen shot of my tactics and i have tried with a llt and it worked so i started again with newcastle united but this has worked well for me.View attachment 230649
