Championship Right-Back?

I'm playing as Crystal Palace, and I am coming up to the season. I have found Johannes Ertl, my current right-back to be very inconsistent, and so I am looking for a good Championship level right-back, any ideas?

I would also be grateful as to any ideas about how to play with Palace, ideas as to who plays best in what position and so on.
