Championship staff

Anyone got any suggestions on staff that would come to a championship team?
Ideally an assistant, hoy but any suggestions would be appreciated

ha, I would suggest you go some small leagues such as the Chinese Super League find the team called Guangdong. The team is currently managed by Marcello Lippi and he has a good assistant, who might join you.
Otherwise, try the idea. There are a lot of famous managers now managing small leagues and clubs in China, Middle East.
