Change attributes on fm 2012?

I just started playing, and the attributes are in a bar format, I prefer from previous versions where it was in numbers, how do I change this?

i'd imagine that would be somewhere under preferences display and sound, probably in the list to the right, i would check but i'm currently using teh editor and my computer can't handle both at the same time.
