I'm going into January 2011 on my first season with Liverpool, I set it to 'Continental Qualification' at the start of the season, I'm currently top of the league using my own tactic (will be releasing soon [and it is quality]) and I also used all of my transfer budget.

But now....

This has just happened to me as Middlesbrough, I just got promoted and put my expectations as mid-table finish, i'm currently 7th in the league on the 1st of Jan and this has just popped up...

Yup, sometimes you're allowed to change expectations in January if you're club's financially sound.

That's the thing, I'm actually in debt although I'm well within my budgets!

you will get this when you are on top of the table and currently unbeatable....i always get it....when you choose contiential finish as your expectations but you are currrenly 1st in the table after 2-3 months...you are perfoming above expectations and therefore the board are impressed and gave you winners expectations.....
