Change team fluidity

Hi guys,

I can't find the way to change team fluidity in FM21 - I am stuck on structured which means I'm totally reliant on my front 4 scoring every goal. CMs don't join in with attacks at all and very little rotation of positions in general play.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to make this "fluid"?

Ok after playing around with my tactic and further searches online it appears this fluidity is calculated and set based on your tactic and cannot be independently changed.

Player roles have now been altered and my team is "very fluid". Immediate progress seen in the next game.

Not sure how Winger - Support is more fluid than Winger - Attack but there we go!
