Changing 3d match player skin color

Does anyone knows how to edit the 3d match player skin color?
I mean, I created a player that was missing in the database and the guy ended up with a black skin while in real life he is white.
I know they are pretty small and I shouldn't care, but I am a **** perfectionist.

The only tool I have found to modify the skin colour of the players and hair colour is called "FM2009 Mini Editor (ver. 4.1.5)" but can only work with ".staff" files, and I don´t know how to use this kind of files in order to integrate in FM 2009 database later.

Very cool lead, thanks. But I wasn't able to find any *.staff file on my fifa manager folder as well. So, we will keep looking.

That´s the question! how obtain these files and how importing into the game!

My humble guess is that those staff files don't exist in our gaming reality. That tool looks like a SI internal development tool, so once the final production database was compiled, the staff files were merged into it.
My problem is getting worse. I created Juan Guillermo Cuadrado playing for Independiente Medellin, a -10 right midfielder/wing back, and he came out snowy white.
That guy is the biggest colombian promise these days and he is black.

So, we need to find a tool to change the 3d players' skin color or I gonna lose my few lasting hair...
