Changing back 4 every game

Hi all,

Just wanted to know if there are any effects on the team if I keep changing/rotating players every game? I know in real football it's better to have a pretty constant team lineup so they get to understand each others game but are there any attributes in FM13 that might affect the performance?

not sure about attributes that affect that,but I never change much players i first 11.I mostly go for up to 4 players but not in every game.

I think the effect is negligible but I think it does have an effect.
For instance I try to pair players up [Vertonghen/Kaboul & Ruiz/Caulker] the former being my starting centerbacks and the latter my backups, so if either Kaboul or Vertonghen are not fit enough to start I start neither and go for my backup pair and bench the fitter player.
Similarly my wingers and fullbacks, on the right I have Walker(fb) and Bale(if) who have each other as favoured personnel, so I try to keep them two together and usually if one is tired the other is not far behind so I rest both and start [Naughton/Snodgrass].
