Changing Database Size?

I've been playing as Leeds since the Demo release came out and I've transferred my save file into the full version and continued. Now, I've only just got to the Premier League (2nd season won the Championship (H)) and I'm trying to look for some real young prospects (finally). The problem is I've set the database size to small.

I do see, however, that next to it says "Database Changes: 0". How can I alter the size of the database to get all the young superstars coming through?

You can't change the database size in the middle of the game. You will have to start a new one. Also the 'Database Changes: 0' is the amount of changes made by extra database that you may be running, it has nothing to do with the size.
