changing league dates

I want to play in Norwgian Tippeligaen, but it annoys me that the start date is in january because then when I win the league it takes a looong time before I can play in Europe, its like it is a year behind

So is there anywhere you can change the starting date to match the other european countries? And as well the transfer window?

If i start the game by pressing England then I just start in the middle of a season

You'd have to redo the nation rules from scratch, which IMO isn't worth it...

You should be able to do it through the advanced rules.
Yeah, can be done in the advanced rules. You'll need to dig a bit to find all preset dates for special fixtures, but it's all there.
