changing player poistion (g.bale)???

i have got bale and his a amazing LB&LM but the way i play is with two attacking midfield winger AML&AMR i would love to have him as a AMR and play him as a inside foward so he can cut in a smash the ball in the net on his left peg. how do you train a player to play in a new postion and how long does it take ect ?????

Player- training-and just look under his schedule. As for how long, it's individual but after a season, he should be competent
