I know people say that AI notices your tactic (e.g. 4-4-2) after a season or so and plays accordingly to it. Therfore your tactic is less effective and tweaks are required.
I've had the same tactic for 3 seasons but in the 2nd half of my 4th season it seems to be less effective. Wondering what people suggest to do? Should i slightly tweak my existing tactic or re-vamp it completley.
I let my assistant take charge cus i was bored and he plays a 3-4-3 formation which i'm going to try.
