Changing Team Kits via IGE

Is there an issue with changing team kit colours then the actual kit picture not showing? I use a dl SS kit pack and I changed a teams away kit using the IGE and the kit reverted to default.

Is there a way to fix this?

if you mean the ss kits you're using disappear and it only shows the default kits you start the game with then you have to bring up the editor drop down many and make sure you tick "allow licensed kits"
