Changing text colour default skin

reloaded the original skin again for fun but I am struggling to see the writing on emails..

I have changed the attribute colours successfully but am unsure if it is possible to change the colour of the writing or background so that I can see it better

any tips?

also want to put a background of West Ham logo.. any idea's?

I don't know how to add the background, you might have to go to the graphics forum but have you tried deleting the old skin?
