Changing the ball colour

Is there any way to change the appearance/colour/size of the ball during the 3D match?

I've recently got a new laptop that runs at a higher native resolution, lowering it looks bad, but I'm struggling to see the ball during matches!

You can change it in the Editor, but you'd have to start a new game for this to work. There's no other way I am afraid.
