Cheap bargains

I am just about to start a new game, I had a practice game with Man Utd to get used to the game I have just purcased and everytime I try to Sign Dzeko and Rossi, Chelsea steal them away from me.

I don't like to spend alot of money and aways look for bargains despite having loads in the bank,

I think I am going to be West Ham, Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham, Sunderland, who should I be in your opinion and please give reasons
