It gets thrown around a lot, but players from Norway are really impressive - especially if you have a database that is loading most of their squads. Players from Molde like Hovland, Berget and Forren do a great job in mid-lower Prem and will even sign with some Championship sides.
There's also a wealth of talent that progresses through both the Norway and Finland U21 squads so give them a check from time to time. If you're looking for instant impact, you could look at cheap Premiership players at the start of the game like Crouch (assuming Stoke continue to Lst him). Transfer listed players are always available at much lower prices than their value which is useful.
