Just started a new save and i was just wondering who are the best free/cheap players to sign for a Mid table Premier League club.

The 1s ive found so far...

Mario Bolatti- DM/CM-Free- £20k PW
Lisandro Lopez- ST-Free-£30K PW
Louis Reed-CM-£200K- £4K PW


P.S Does anyone have any tips for selling players? Im trying to sell N'Zogbia,Richardson and 1 other player because they're not good enough and on big wages...
