Cheap top class striker

HI guys,
Im in second season and I need a striker, that can play as CF(A) and he is or has a potential to be a world class but got around 20M, wont get more :/

Gabrial Barbosa, rated as a wonderkid got him for 1.4 mil from Santos in my 2nd season. Altho as im not ingame atm, cant recall how great a CF he would be but i know he would be a great AF at least. I just saw the words "cheap" and "Great" and thought of him

He's awesome as well, but I don't think he is as popular as Mitrovic, because you can't get him straight away, so most people get another youngster (in this case most often that is Mitrovic) and then they stick to this youngster until a regen pops up.

I've had Barbosa on one of my saves as well, and boy did he become good..! I still sign him in every game though, but Mitrovic is always the one who becomes my main man.
