Savitsky. Will get a work permit in Holland and will be a star. All for under 1m.

Work permits are not needed in The Netherlands. Savitskiy is your best bet for cheap but he might be gone already. Can also look at Dorin Rotariu, Pione Sisto, Hirving Lozano, Andraj Zikovic.... but none are gonna be as cheap as Savitsky.

Might want to consider taking someone on loan. Adama Traore, Jack Grealish, Joel Campbell....

Dorin Rotariu, Theo Bongonda you can get on loan with buyout clause (first around 3M second 7-8M). Rotariu can play very good also on right.
