i created a new team and put their transfer budget to £0 wage bill to £300 and the money to £0. but i also put the chairman as none double checked the finance it was how i put it at £0 and £300 then when i start the game i had a chairman and about £1 million transfer budget is that cheating? because im in blue square north.

Well a £1 million transfer budget is about a million times bigger than the transfer budget of most of the other teams
