Chelsea defence

Hello guys, i am playing chelsea with
Luiz/romeu or what he is called as ball playing defender (Support)
Terry/Ivanovic : Limited defender (Destroyer)
Through i seem to struggle in defense? why is this?
My backs is wingsbacks aswell?
But any Help would be appriciated

I set up my defence like this:
Fullbacks - Automatic
LCB Terry/Luiz/Hummels/Chalobah - Ball Playing Defender - Defence
RCB Alex/Ivanović - Central Defender - Defence

Well, the way you play, score and concede goals are due to many factors and the roles of the players are perhaps the ones the effect the absolute least, apart form when they are clearly and blatantly incorrectly setup.

The formation, strategy, directness, d-line, closing down system, tempo are far more important, and thoe are only the tactics. Its also down to the man management. with this said, its hard to give any further advice without more information about the actuall approach and the roles in midfield etc

Looking at the original post, I would say setting up with two wing backs and a DC set to 'support' is asking for trouble. Switch to full backs and stop getting a central defender to play a supporting role.
