Hi! I manage Chelsea and I'm at the beginning of the 2019/20-season, having won the league and the FA Cup every year and also three times european champion. And the tactic I wanted to share with you is the asymmetric 4-3-3, with three central midfielders, a left-winger and two central attackers. The instructions I use is: Retain possession, Shorter passing, Hit early crosses, Close down more and Get stuck in. With Volland in the squad I can change the side of the winger and I also have some options on the other positions as well. I actually bought both Volland and Varande a couple of weeks before I faced them in the final of the Champions League. What do you think?
