Definitely bring in a striker. And a CM (DLP or a DM). Diego Costa is a good shout but maybe too much. Try doing a swap deal with Torres if you can. Alvara Morata is available for about ?15m and turns out to be a monster! Dider Drogba for about ?5m if you're desperate. As for CM it depends on who you need and how much you have left. I personally went for J. Dos Santos from Barca for ?1.5 m and turns out to be a quality DLP or DM. Anyone of the strikers can be sold.

BTW if you've got an update I wouldn't bother with a CM as Matic is pretty solid.
