I would first of all like to thank you for taking time to read this story, it is my first that i have taken time to create. Secondly i know Chelsea are a good team, i know they have lots of money and for the smart people who say go progress a lower league team i have been there and done that!
The reason for choosing Chelsea is that mainly they have the coaching space for a good depth of talented coaches that will develop my youth, the reputation to attract the players and the experience there for example Drogba, Lampard and Ballack to mentor my lads to develop their mentality both on and off the pitch preventing media from messing them up. Also other clubs will not be able to use bully tactics which Mancini loved to do when i attempted this as Everton. Finally i know i could have chosen Man City but i wanted the pleasure of winning the league and ensuring i annihilate them every time to get Manchini the sack!
P.Chech
Has his moments in real life, one goalkeeper i would choose over him, Neuer. Chech is only 26, therefore he is the man that will be the base of my team throughout my campaign.
R.B - Bosingwa - fast, intellectual and talented perfect to get bombing forward to make the 6th person in the box on attacks!

C.B Ball Playing Defender - John Terry (C)
The second link in the spine of the team, has to move the ball onto the more creative players to get the football going! Also captain, who cares if he has affairs, (who wouldn't have done what he did have you seen her!) he is only 28 so will allow me to build on it!
L.B Wingback - Ashley cole - May not have a brain in real life, most England fans would not spit on him if he was on fire, although, this is Chelsea, i would not let him go for a billion! tireless full back with the ability to whip a ball in.

Anchorman! - Mikel - A true athlete, the role means his lack of speed will not affect him as he is there to be the imposer of the team, make the tackles, hit hard and play it on.
Defensive Midfield - Essien - this man is the engine of Chelsea, he has the stats to be able to pass on the ball, move the ball on and get stuck in. His athletic ability means he can do the leg work for Mikel.
Advanced Playmaker - Ballack - German captain, will be my catalyst, his job is to spear head the attacks and get the ball into the guys who are there to score goals! will be used for mentored the replacement for him after the first year
Trequartista - Frank lampard - Never wanted to see this man in a England shirt since the 06, but at club level for me this guy is the crem de la crem, creative, fit and technically gifted. In my tactic he is the 3rd link of the spine of the team, his experiences will be essential in the development of my replacement for him over the next two seasons

Complete Forward / Target man - Attack - Drogba - No need for explanation, who does know him what he can do and always does. he will be used to rain his replacement
Poacher - Anelka - Was a wonderkid, then a wonderflop, since at Chelsea he has revitalised his career, shut his outspoken mouth and let his feet do the talking. Compliments Drogba fantastically
Subs
Defense - Needs just youth to replace some of the older guys, otamendi will be my target and Danny Wilson or Jordan Spence, scouting in progress!
Midfield - Needs cover for the position as the its very specific roles, Jack Rodwell will be my No.1 target. Attack wise there is no question Verratti will be trained to take over from Ballack. Hamsik, due to the ageing decline i expect I will buy a talent injection to this department in the form of Hamsik, he will be trained and blooded into the premiership, for the role of Ballack and Lampard whilst Verrati Matures.
Attack- Cover is needed here for Drogba, Lukaku is my man and aim to take the role over in the next two years, my scouts report he is a very physical lad with great ariel capability, so i will focus on him as a target man, although i will try to develop his technique to allow him to be a complete forward.

Secondly Carvalho and Terry need to sit back and win the headers, standing up there men, Terry will aim to link the midfield by playing the ball into them, whilst Carlvalho will aim to cover using his experience and great anticipation to make sure the long ball doesn't beat this defence on the counter attack.
Finally Mikel should aim to break up the attacks win headers and get in the heavy tackles, whilst Essien gets wide and breaks down wing attacks, with the fullback.
Red Phase - Midfield - Where the battle will be won, the fluent attacking football needs to happen here when the possession will be retained until attacking opportunities open. Essien will link the Defensive Midfielders to the attacking phase, looking to play in Ballack/ Hamsik to create the opportunities, or Lampard to spear head the attacks and score goals.
Dark Blue Phase - Attack- Here Drogba will look to get hold of the ball and power into the box or bring the ball down and get shots away, Lampard will look to make the 3rd striker and get long range shots off, whilst Ballack looks to get into the box later or pick through balls into the three. Finally Anelka will pick up the scraps or make pacey breaks at the back line.
Analysis, this tactic should keep possession, score goals with the attacking full backs and 4 attacking players whilst the 4/5 defensive players maintain a solid wall. I hope that i will not just win games, but win them with fluent passing football.
Finally i would like to give credit to the person who made the Brazilian, box to box post. That post inspired me to finally do this, as i have been wanting to make a possession tactic for some time, Brazil provided the formation in the world cup, and the guys post on " Rare box to box midfielder" made me want to take up the challenge

- Maintain the recent history of sucess
- Develop a "Modern Brazilian" footballing style, I.e Fluent passing attacking football, whilst holding a solid defensive structure
- Chelsea is a aging club, it is a wealthy club, although to buy in the ready developed talent would be so, Manchester City. Therefore i aim to bring in my own youth which will become the chelsea team of the future!

. Overall I think the opening season was successful, even though the team towards the end was ravaged by injuries.
