Chelsea Mourinho 4-3-3

I'm a fan of mou, I did the 4-2-3-1 of mou with atl. madrid, I did very well with the treble (League, Cup, Champions League) with much help from the ultimate pack mou, but now want to recreate the mou 4-3-3 with chelsea, but I can not get the balance work possessing equipment mou, a back wall but attack with almost all players do not make it to the 4-3-3

Any suggestions would help me for the 4-3-3,

If you need help tweaking the tactic, then much more info is needed. If you simply want à tactic, then please use the subforum.
 
Patch with At. Madrid? download link? more info (as no-one understands what you're after ^^)
 
For those who do not quite understand the fuss I made is I want to play for chelsea and create the 4-3-3 of mou.

Something that if I could do with their 4-2-3-1 with atl.madrid, I loved to share, but the main reason why I uploaded this post is to tell me tips for 4-3-3

But is there not a Chelsea Mou in that pack to ?

Edit; By 433, what exact formation do you mean ? . A flat 433 with 3 Mcs and 3 FCs ?, a 451 with dmc, mc, mc, amr, aml, fc ? etc

Sorry for my English is that I'm Spanish and I use google translator, I do not explain well, with the help of the ultimate pack, gave me an idea as trying to recreate a mou tactic in fm 2012, with the help of that I could create my 4-2-3-1, but I can not recreate that Chelsea's 4-3-3 and I want to give me tips or a tactic to me the idea

yes I understand but I ask again. By 433, what exact formation do you mean ? ( I suspect a 451)

exact a 4-5-1 this is the team I have in mind
Goalkeeper: Cech
Defenders: Ivanovic, Luiz-terry-Cole
Midfielders: CD: Romeu (Mikel), CM: Lampard-Essien
Ends: Mata-Navas (Ramires)
Striker: Torres
 
Well thinking back to when Mourinho's Chelsea were at their best was with Robben and Duff swapping on the wings on attack duty and Drogba upfront as a complete forward. I remember that they hardly let a team out of their own half so all three of the midfielders would have to have very high pressing. Lampard played the same as he does today still. Defence used zonal marking.
 
i would say a rigid counter approach using a high pressing system. With torres upfront, you will get a totally different play though as he does not come deep or play with his back to the goal. The flow just wont be the same as the approach you are referring to.

Remember that under MOu, its 70 % man management and 30 % Tactics. i.e, a very simple tactic that needs the players to do exactly what you tell them to.
