Chelsea Tactic - Poor against Top Teams

I have been playing the below tactic on FM 2013 with Chelsea but I struggle against team like Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester Utd, Liverpool and Tottenham

Can any suggestion how I can improve so I don't concede goals against these teams

AML - Eden Hazard (4.5) (Winger - Support)
ST - Demba Ba (3.5) (Advanced Forward - Attack)

My thoughts exactly. Mikel is a good BWM/DM/A, never really impressed me as a DLP.

For Top 3 sides 4-2-3-1 Deep or 4-1-2-2-1 ( i often sell Mikel for 21million)
Cech - DL Cole - DC Terry - DC Ivanovic - DR Azpiiceuta -DM Luiz and Ramires - AML Hazard - AMC Mata - AMR Oscar - STR Falcao (or whatever big signing you make for striker)
or
Cech - DL Cole - DC Terry - DC Ivanovic - DR Azpiiceuta -DM Luiz - MC Lamps and Ramires - AML Hazard - AMR Mata or Oscar - STR Falcao (or whatever big signing you make for striker)

Play out of defense with a deepish line, focus on passing and build up play, put terry on the keeper or front post for corners, press often, rarely go direct as the team is small, i won the premier league and champions league for consecutive seasons from the start, hope this helps, you definitely need to sell mikel early and get in a decent striker and someone like david alaba that covers a few positions like midfield and left back. hope this helps

Closing Down - Normal (You can be cut open by the top teams if you Press More)
Tackling - Normal
Defensive Line - Normal

Ramires - BWMD
Lampard - DLPS
Mata - IFA (AMR - Left Footed)
Hazard - IFA (AML - Right Footed)
