Following Manchester United's 5-0 drubbing of a lacklustre Portsmouth,Chelsea now entertain Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday in hopes of making United's stay at the top of the table a short-term one.Three own goals by Portsmouth, thanks to Anthony Vanden Borre,Richard Hughes and Marc Wilson,as well as goals from the two United frontmen,Rooney and Berbatov, allowed the Red Devils stroll to success at home and improving on their result against Pompey last time round.
Chelsea's 1-1 draw with Hull was marred by allegations pressed on Chelsea and former England captain John Terry, where the game that was though to be in the bag for the Blues turned out to be a frustrating one.Following Capello's decision to strip John Terry of his captaincy,it now means a little less pressure for the Blues leader heading into the game on Sunday.
Arsenal's 3-1 home defeat to the champions now leaves them with one last chance for a shot at the title.Their recent performance against Manchester United put into doubt whether or not Wenger's men really have the credentials this season to do what now seems the impossible. With their main man Robin van Persie on the shelves for the rest of the season following his injury on international duty for Holland last year, the likes of Cesc Fabgreas and Co. will now have to step up to the plate if they want to really close down on United's recent dominance and prove everyone wrong.Gael Clichy is doubtful to start for Arsenal tomorrow after struggling to cope in his last match whilst Kieran Gibbs or Armand Traore have been lined up to make an appearance at Stamford Bridge.
Arsenal's Key Man: Cesc Fabregas

The Spaniard will have the task of leading the squad out onto the pitch for the full ninety in the clash against Chelsea tomorrow while RvP still recovers from injury.Arsene Wenger told the team not to get distracted by the recent media circulating around John Terry as they should be mentally and physically prepared for what is told to be a tough game.Cesc will have to be sharp and on top form to spray passes through what is said to be a 'rock-solid defence' at times in which the delivery may turn into a goal.
Chelsea's Key Man: Didier Drogba

The last time Drogba faced Arsenal,he scored a late goal for the Blues in which would turn out to be the cherry on the icing,on the top of the cake that summed up a poor performance by the Gunners.Him and his new-foundf striking partner Nicolas Anelka will prove to be a deadly double for the likes of Sagna and Gallas in defence in which he looks the most likely to open up the scoring for Carlo Ancelotti's men.Should Drogba be closed down,Arsenal have a better chance of getting the game going their way, rather than the title contenders'.
Prediction: Chelsea to win 1-0
