how long do you think chelsea will be the top club in the prem for:|

I think they will be the top club for another 10 years before anyone stops them

It all depends on how well Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United buy in the summer and also if Arsenal can keep Henry. If Liverpool get a proven goal scorer they'll be smiling all next season(providing Gerrard isn't tempted by Real Madrid), If Arsenal add some strength and experience they'll probably re-capture their marvelous form and if Man Utd can get a few quality Midfielders i'll be putting a wager on them removing Chelsea's crown.
Chelsea will be in the top 3 for the next 5-10 years, with money and a good manager you can't go wrong.

I think,if we buy two decent midfielders next year,we can win the league. Teams can score and beat Chelsea now, and I feel next year will be closer with maybe us winning it if we dont **** up against teams like City and..Sunderland. If Liverpool can buy someone who scores consistently and maybe someone who can assist more from the right, then they will be better as well. Not sure about ****,it depends if Henry stays. Also if Spurs get into the CL this year then they can get top four again next season.

Chelsea dominated recently cos they accelerated in transfer market, others r catching up mayb 1 season more. Also depends if Chelsea get a world Class striker in Summer like Shevchenko. Gap is closing. and i dnt think Mourinho is goin 2 stay 2 long. His personal ambitions will take him to Serie A or la Liga

I agree with you Ajw, I think if we get a couple of quality midfielders that are actually good and will be in the first team for years to come. We can't get rejects like Kleberson again if we are to win the Prem next year. I feel we can win it next year, I don't think Arsenal will be challenging but as you have all said depends on Henry staying. You never know with Spurs, if they get champions league football this year they will get some money from that and you never know who they could end up buying. Liverpool need a proven goalscorer as you have said someone like Owen going back there, quite possible. Benitez will have to stay away from buying a spanish striker unless its Torres.

agree with the comments about man u's midfield but they need more than 2. man u have 2 many old players, such as neville, scholes, giggs. man u need 2 rebuild the midfield

Neville isnt too old you idiot,he's the best RB in the Prem! Giggs and Scholes may only have a two more good seasons in them though

neville is still in his 30s. i didn't say they were past it, all i said was tht man u need to plan for the future 2 replace those players

Fair point, although i think we still have a relatively good group of youngish players

yeah, we have decent players coming through. ronaldo, richardson, vidic, fletcher, rooney, bardsley, (is chris eagles any gd in real life?)

First time Ive heard of Rooney being labelled as a 'decent player coming through'. Any of the other top 3 teams who buy correctly could challenge Chelsea next season (you lot have already pointed out who needs what so I wont do it again). But I just feel that Chelsea could respond by buying what they need, and that would mean them bringing a different class of players in altogether.
Would love to see a 4 way title race though next season.

wot i ment about rooney was tht he is still a really young player who will improve further who is excellent just now, how gd will he be in 5yrs time?
