Chester City Help

11 games into my season with chester city and only 2 wins :S

I'm currently on -12 points

I just can't get a win from anywhere and i'm conceding far too much. The club is currently crippled with debt so signing players is not a realistic option. so my only option is try and make my team hard to beat and try and take our chances.

Any Ideas what tactics and what instructions I could tell my players?
