RICHARDSON RELEASED
After failing to Challenge the promotion places for the previous 2 seasons in League 2, CHESTERFIELD FC have parted company with Manager Lee Richardson. The "Spireites" were expected to bounce back at the first attempt but fell just short in 2007-8, finishing 8th and a 10th place finish last term has given Chairman Barrie Hubbard no other choice but to search for a replacement.
