Plenty of teams with lots of cash but bear in mind only 3 foreign players and only Chinese goalkeepers allowed.

I had a go on last years game, it's not the hardest league available but even with money the 3 foreigner rule can be a pain, plus there are very few decent Chinese goalies. You will need a decent goalkeeper coach definitely but it's worth a go. I enjoyed my save.
