Probably not in China tbh. A very very strict nation. The death penalty has different rules in every country.

Our laws hardly apply there.

In China, it's not unheard of for the death sentence to be carried out over crimes such as stealing.

I wish the USA would have a possible death penalty for crooked public officials. My country administrator embezzled a couple hundred thousand dollars from my poor rural county (Hampshire actually). But he got off with only a couple years in jail.
