Cisse`s better replacment in Newcastle?

Im at the star of third season and i have offer from Arsenal for Pappis Cisse about 27 mil £ wiht monthly payments.If i sell him ,can you suggest me a better player that will come to Newcastle ,couse Bojan ,Jovetic , Rondon and a few more dosent want to come,also the player i need must start play well immediately ,not in the future..............?
