classic mode training

hi, can someone advise that if i was just to leave the training in classic mode, is it set up automaticaly or does can my assistant be assigned to it? aint a fan of setting up training! always mess it up.

U can set it to 'balanced' and it trains every aspect equally. Personally I just change it each month between the different categories
