The team that i have accepted the offer to manage is Jomo Cosmos who play in the South African National First Division and with that i start my Pentagon Challenge.

Here is my manager profile to prove that i started the career off with no coaching badges and also sunday league playing experience which has given me very poor managerial stats.

I have decided to go for a 4-2-3-1 as the tactic that will hopefully get me promoted to the South African Premier Soccer League in my first season as the manage of Jomo Cosmos

In preseason i was experimenting with players and what tactic i was going to use which caused the mixed bag of results. I was very disappointed with the first 2 league games of the season as i was winning in both games until my players caved and i ended up drawing both games 3-3.

Due to the poor matches i currently lie 9th in the league, but the league is still young with plenty of matches left to play.

The results since my first month in charge have gone very well and have remained undefeated up to the start of the new year (long may it continue). Ive definitely drawn a lot more games than i would of liked but at least a draw puts points on the table.

With me lying in second place and 3 points behind FC Cape Town i feel as if i am bang on track to either win the league or be promoted through the playoffs.

What a great 3 months this has been. But the loss against Baroka FC is not acceptable. However, a huge positive is i beat AmaZulu Fc in the cup who play in the league above. A good run to the final will give me the much needed capital that i need to be competitive in the Premier League if it so happens that i get promoted.

This is so much more like it, all i need to do is keeping winning games, scoring goals and hope that FC Cape Town slip up and stop winning games and if that all happens then this league is ours.

From the start of April i was able to pull of the crucial victories and draw i needed to take the title away from FC Cape Town. Unfortunately FC. AK put an end to my cup run which was very unfortunate

Winning the league means that the dream of the pentagon challenge finally starts. I may not win the league first time but you never, as long as i avoid relegation ill be very happy.

A great season was climaxed with a very disappointing youth intake. With Siyabuela Ferreira being the only player who i think will develop into anything decent.

These are my transfers so far for the 2015/16 season. The reason behind all the departures is mainly because we had a large squad of mediocre players, many of these players greg frustrated with the lack of first team football they got and such ran down their contracts. This was a good thing for the clubs as it freed up a lot of funds in a hope to get the club to financial stability.

Thabo Burton looks like a great youth prospect and hopefully he will reach his full potential if i can nurture his talent well enough.

I managed to pick this keeper up for free and i really hope he will have the talent to stop the goals leaking in against the teams in the top league that i now find myself in.

Another free transfer and hopefully he will be able to score the goals i need to pick up points.

He is a solid defender and a legend hailing from my favorite team Aberdeen. I brought him in to tutor the next generation of defenders and he has good coaching stats so will be a great asset in that respect.

We had a terrible preseason but my first month in the league more than made up for it with only the loss against orlando pirates being a slight disappointment. I really wish though that we concede less goals.

Sitting mid table in the league at this point is pretty respectable and I'm well on course to getting a respectable league position at the end of the season.

This past few months have been absolutely terrible. My team can't hold onto the lead, they can't score goals after conceding and they concede too easily. Major work is needed to improve this squad who are in very poor form. To not win a game in approximately 11 competitive matches is awful and to lose 4-0 to Sundowns is a disgrace.

By the looks of the table right now the chance of me managing in the Champions League with Jomo Cosmos is non existent as the top 5 are really starting to run away with it.

My main goal now is to finish mid table and really set myself up well for next season where i will hopefully qualify for the Champions League.

If i continue with a poor string of results then i can see my self being dragged into a relegation dogfight very quickly. Overall i can't believe how poor we have been.

Since the update in novemeber my results have been atrocious with many, many losses and only a few wins. Two wins in the cup means that I'm in the quarter final against Kaizer Chiefs where hopefully i shall pull of a shock win and maybe (just maybe) make it to the final if i get through the semi as well. I changed my before the game against Bloem Celtic and my form really started to pick up with Yaro Kwabena being in very good form.

I think this youth intake is very very good with lots of players who have the potential to do well for the club if they are nurtured in the correct way.

I think my fm hates me as it has just crash dumped 3 of my saves including this one. Is there any interest in me starting the story again?
