hello everyone. i am managing a club for 5 years. it is about tottenham. i have some problems in managing a country. i recive a lot of offers, i accept them, but when they have to send me the response, they send me the question if i accept the job again. i push accept again, and after that, in steed of a response, they keep ask me if i accept, again and again. what should i do? should i patch the game? how i can do that?

Yes you need to patch the game to be able to both manage a club and country. If playing on steam it patches automatically. If not you can download the patch from this site or jst simply type it into google search and you will have many options to choose from
