Has anybody Managed club and country at the same time? If so does it Affect your club form? I ask as I have won numerous trophies currently winning and have been offered the England job but don't want to take it if affects my club form
Yes, but as for me I don't see any affects either way. Maybe cause all the NT players are only on my under 19 squad mostly so maybe that is why though.
it doesnt affect your club form in any way if anything could help you develop your team. I found it useful to implement young english players who are in my u18/main squad to play in the useless friendlies or the last 20/30 mins of qualifications games which gives them more game time.
