I applied to be the peruvian manager and now I found myself with a problem: Peru has no scouts hired, when I search for scouts from the peru squad side window search->staff and I select a scout to hire, I have the text about the wages my club, not the nation, allows me.

How can I hire staff for the nation? Or it is not allowed? (If not why in the press conference I was asked about whether I'd hire staff?)

and offer national job?
i think thats how you do it anyway.

you dont have scouts for national teams really, you have a national pool to choose players from, and you can add players to that pool. you can have coaches and assistant managers at national clubs i think

There's a separate box for signing national staff, it's under the one for your club when you right click a coach etc. But you can't sign scouts for countries, you have a national pool with all your talent in.. Or just filter in a player search "players that can play for Peru" or whatever it says?

You can not have scouts for nations you can not hire people has them.

yeah pal its coaches or assistant managers you sign for your nations and they do your scouting for you

Yeah, and with the one who took the job offer won't scout regions, only leagues. Oh well.
