Club rep??

Hi guys,

Just 3 questions today

1. What is best for improving rep... winning cups or league placing?

2. When is the rep update for example on 24th june i couldnt sign anyone over 4 mil after the 7th july when i moved into the premier i could have a few big names and 6+mil players.

3. Is there anyway to tell your rep and how to sign someone higher then ur rep IE messi

1. Look at the reputation of the cup or league. If your choosing between the Carling Cup and Premier League then winning the Premier League is way better but winning the Champions League is probably better.

2. Not sure about that but looks like you've answered your own question

3. Its pretty impossible so sign Messi because he is playing with his favourite club. He's 30 on my save and still wants over 300k a week. And i've won the Premier League and Champions League 2 seasons in a row. But anyone else its just a matter of complimenting them signing there favoured personal and hope that they decide to come.

1. Depends on the league/cup's reputation, but in general doing well in the league is better, unless doing well means coming 13th or something. It also depends what club you are, if you are Blackpool winning the FA Cup is better than a 13th place finish, but avoiding relegation is probably better than a cup win.

2. A lot, if you get promoted many players are willing to join you. You will have to check on FMRTE/FM Editor for the exact reputation update.

3. You can tell your reputation (at the start) in FM Editor and during the game in FMRTE. If you want to sign Messi, you need to buy a friend, offer him massive wages and give him captain's armband, etc. But it is very hard to get Messi or someone bigger than your reputation.

I think the rep update is the 25th June for England.
