Club Reputation

I was playing in npower1 league and got back to back promotion after 5 season in lower league. The problem now is that I am in Premiership with decent money but no player wants to join my club. I am not looking for great players, but players around 2-5m. The agent also says that the his client does not want to talk to my club, all my loans offer end the same way.

I think we spent too much time in lower league and our reputation took a hitting, how do I attract decent players to my club?

It's a slow process. Sometimes too slow IMO. Try signing some older stop gap players who have been released or are not wanted at other clubs to keep you up (and maybe tutor your youngsters), usually by your 2nd or 3rd year in the prem it becomes less of a problem. Upgrade as many of your facilities as you can though. A player is more likely to come to a club with better training facilities.
